Trip Details
We'll
meet you at the River Journey check-in booth at
the Corps of Engineers rafters parking lot on weekends. Weekday
trips meet at the the visitor center. (see maps)
After an extensive professional safety talk your adventure begins
for the 4 to 6 hour trip down the river. Enjoy the picturesque
scenery, exciting riffles, wildlife (beaver, deer, herons, hawks)
and the challenge of class II Russian Rapid. As you leave the fast
pace of life, enjoy a swim in the cool water and the beauty that
surrounds you. Perhaps a stop for a leisurely lunch and a swim
in the river. Then upon your arrival at trip's end, we'll shuttle
you back to your car in Knight's Ferry.
