We will start renting kayaks for the 2024 season on Thursday, July 4 (when flows are stable and consistently under 700CFS).
Kayaking trips from Knights Ferry to Orange Blossom have all of the same highlights you read about on the Knights Ferry to Orange Blossom trip page, but in a kayak!
To kayak you need to be 10 or older, and we do require 2 participants per kayak (sorry, no solo kayaks). Trips take an average of 3-4 hours, and are a great activity for groups of 2. Kayaks are long, inflatable, wide based kayaks, so they are beginner friendly. We rent kayaks out at flows of 700CFS or lower (above 700CFS, the rapids get a little too challenging in a kayak).
